Happiness page layout.....

Another one of my ebay sales! I didn't actually make this, my friend and fellow consultant, Kristen did. I just love that you can take a seemingly ordinary piece of white paper and turn it into something beautiful. The ink used was fluid chalk ink - which is great because it dries instantly. The glitter dots are made by punching out double sided sticker paper (Jac), sticking them down and then covering them with glitter. I think the title is quite apt. You can't look at that page and not feel "happy".

Little Lady Scrapbook page...

I went through a stage of making up pages and selling them via ebay. This was one of the pages made. I used the swirl from " Treasured Memories' stamp set, punched some flowers out of patterned paper, added some ribbon and then inked up the lettering. We sell chipboard letters which are really reasonable. I inked them, stuck them down and then glossy accented them! Add a bit of extra fun by placing some small punched out daisies on them. The word "little" was handwritten in. It sold, so someone must have liked it!!

Cool Canvas hangings

I got this idea from a friend of mine who saw someone selling something similar at a market! I took the concept and ran with it. It is so easy, yet makes a great gift for a grandparent. The size of the canvas is 12 x 12" . The letters were done with our Alpastickers which are very popular as they are see through so give the illusion of someone having written the title. Wrap 2 ribbons around and secure with a thumb tack. Purchase some small pegs for the photos and decorate the bottom of the canvas with some flowers - also from Kaszazz. The centre of the flowers has a fastner so it can help with keeping the flowers on the canvas! Hope you like it.

Dotty thinking of you...

I recently had the misfortune of having to make a sympathy card as my friend passed away. I always have a dilemma when making a sympathy card. You don't want to look like you've enjoyed making it too much, it just doesn't seem appropriate. I was also in a fairly emotional state, so this card is quite ordinary. I created the background using our dotty background stamp and then added a blob of glossy accents over each dot. The rest is easy to work out. In the centre of the retro daisies is a clear rhinestone. The paper used here is from our Bella range. More exciting stuff tomorrow!!

All Boy Kids Birthday card

I made this card for a boy turning 8. I used the All Boy range of papers which are quite versatile. My challenge for myself was to incorporate some gold embellishments, so I added turn mounts . I also used glossy accents on the star to give it a raised gloss look. When making male cards , I tend to under do rather than over, as most males I know, don't like too much fuss!!! The base of the card is oatmeal card stock.

Christmas Photo Card

On the weekend, we participated in the Picture to Page show at the East Burwood reserve. It is a really great show- packed with local suppliers and loads of ideas. The next one is in May next year- Be sure to watch out for it. At the show, this was the Free make and take we made. It went down really well. We used distress ink, the blending tool and punches. Hope you like it!

Bella Satchel and bling card..

I found this fantastic template and thought I'd whip up a gift satchel and card using Bella paper, eyelets, bling flourish, and of course some perfect stamps for the design. I free handed the cutting of the paper to create a swirl, which is placed over the pink paper. The satchel has 2 openings, a larger top one for maybe soap or lollies etc and a small front opening for a gift card or maybe money?? Anyway, another workshop, yet to be submitted!! I must get myself into gear I think. Do you know that as Kaszazz consultants, if we submit our ideas, we get Kaszazz dollars to spend? Pretty cool. Now if I can just get myself organized it would be great!

Butterfly Flower cards...

This is a workshop that I've designed and hasn't been submitted yet! There is a fair bit of layering, but it is fun. For this workshop, you need the corner rounder, butterfly punch, frost white colorbox ink, jeweltone chalks, bling and ribbon. It's really fun and pretty.(even if I may say so myself!)

Magic stamping fun...

In these pages, I used a plain base page and then used magic stamps to create different backgrounds. The magic stamps are a rectangle shape. You heat them up and then push them onto different textures. It's a lot of fun. In this layout, I used bubble wrap, cellophane and kebab sticks. I also used the adaptor tip of the stylus handle and impressed that onto a rollawheel design I liked. I used distress inks to change the background. This was a while ago, but I think I used vintage photo and faded jeans. The foam letters that I stamped "family fun" with are discontinued foam stamps. We now have 2 new sets of alphabet stamps , a solid and an outline. They are really great. Send me a note if you need any more info!

Whoops, I was trying to post something daily. Oh well, time marches on regardless. So, today I'll put up 2 things to make it up to my loyal follower!!
The Concertina card I made a few years ago for a friend. It was his brother's first wedding anniversary and he wanted something special.
The scrapbooking page was created when we returned from our trip back to South Africa. I used the rollagraph, stamps, distress inks and created my own rub on using my printer and acetate. The main element was that I had FUN!!

Clear pocket cards

I was inspired one day as I had in my creative stash, some velvety type ribbon. I based my cards on the ribbon. One of the cards, on the left, was published in the Stamping and papercraft mag.

A Selection of cards based on our Enchanted range and using the beautiful swirl ribbon.
This is a photo wallet, that has been adapted to only have 2 opening sections. It's really fun especially if you want to send someone a card and photos at the same time!!

Card photo fun!

Just had to run a little experiment to see if I could upload photos!! Looks like it
worked. Now if I could just work out how to write with them, it would be great!

Magic stamp card

The dragonfly card is done with mica magic ink and using colorbox adaptor stylus to create a magic stamp along the bottom.

The Christmas bauble is using our
Love and Cherish set. It is such a simple yet effective card. It has also been done in silver on white gloss card.
